The time is up for any shallow wellness work that doesn’t speak about dismantling the systems that are making us unwell

My Specialties

Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy for Adults and Teens

I specialize in Autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivity, identity exploration after a late diagnosis, chronic overwhelm and burnout, and intersections of neurodivergence and other marginalized identities.

Neurodiversity-affirming therapy helps you understand your own brain, nervous system, and needs, and makes space to unpack the experience of navigating a world not built for you.

Complex Trauma Recovery

I offer relational, somatic, and narrative therapy for people exploring attachment wounds, family and intergenerational trauma, and religious trauma and spiritual abuse. I also work with parents who are working to break cycles from their own upbringing.

One of the trauma processing methods I use is Brainspotting, a modality that uses eye positioning to access memories and feeling states and mindfully move through the experience, reducing PTSD symptoms.

LGBTQ-affirming support

I offer therapy where queer, trans, and gender non-conforming people can be respected and supported without having to explain their identities, and which recognizes the impact of systematic oppression and embraces queer joy.

People often find my approach helpful for identity exploration later in life, navigating family expectations and changing relationships, and the experience of being invisibly queer (for example, bi or pan folks in straight-appearing relationships).

Neuro/rooted

To be neurorooted is to feel grounded in your complexity.

If you’re chronically misunderstood or given the message that you’re wrong or too much, it can be hard to trust yourself. However, a pine tree planted in the desert isn’t a defective cactus; it’s a pine tree not getting what it needs. Perhaps you’re planted in the wrong soil?

My hope is that in therapy, you can explore your needs and experiences and develop self-trust without feeling like you need to simplify yourself or conform.
